Every person has come with original Sanskar peace, wise, happy, and giving happiness to others. But as we come on our journey we acquire anger, sadness, and dissapointment, sanskar and those got recorded and we keep on playing it 
there are merged Sanskar and emerged one. we want good sanskar to emerge out. Thus we need to change our thoughts. 
Other person is going to think different from us. It is their Sanskar and they are right according to them, It does not affect me anyway. i am powerful soul and peaceful soul. A positive vibrations makes environment positive, and charged. 
To start with we need to only control our anger and should not allow it to come in words. then it will not come in deeds. After some time, our mind will also start thinking differently. 
This is expectation to acceptance journey. It's so easy to say, i dont want anything, but we keep creating thoughts that "we were expecting something from them and they did not meet our expectations. this creates negative throughts, and which affects our battery and sanskar. So one simple thing to start changing throught process is actually understanding that people are different because they come from different journey and we need to accept them instead of expecting them to be my way.
We dont angry on our boss, or our father. But we do get angry on wife, or children. That means we choose when to get angry and when to not. So lets choose not to get angry always.
